1. Products purchased from our company will be delivered by SF Hong Kong, only to places where SF Hong Kong can deliver.
2. After purchasing the product from our company, it will be delivered to the customer's address within 14 days.
3. Return and exchange service
If there is any damage to the product after receiving the product, the customer can contact us within seven days from the receipt of the product to learn more about the return or replacement arrangement of the product supplier.
The procedure is as follows:
a. Keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, order documents and other accessories.
b. Please contact HKTVMALL customer service department to arrange contact and request for replacement or return.
Please also indicate the order number, name of the product to be returned, and details of the reason for the return or exchange in the email, and we will contact the relevant supplier for processing.
After receiving HKTVMALL customer service confirmation of the exchange request, we will notify the customer of the return application as soon as possible, and the supplier will arrange follow-up work.
Note: Any product that has been opened, used or damaged due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please keep and return all packaging, including the original packaging box, original product label, tag, certification documents, manufacturer's warranty, manual, gifts and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned in an intact state. The label or hang tag on the goods must remain intact, and cannot be returned or exchanged if damaged or bent.
4. After-sale maintenance and repair service
After-sales services such as product maintenance and repair will be handled and responsible for related work according to the supplier's own policy.
If you find any existing defects or damages in the received goods, you must contact us within seven days of the date of purchase, and the goods must be replaced with the original packaging, receipt and "new" condition.
There is no refund. If the relevant product cannot be replaced due to being sold out, you can choose any product of equal or higher value and pay the difference in price.
If the product is damaged due to improper use, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Personal safety equipment , Mask cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
