Delivery / Returns
1. Our products will be delivered by HKTV Mall, please refer to Shipping Information for more details.
2. Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.
3. Shipping time of this store: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday.
4. All products are returnable. Please refer to below store return policies.
5. In the event of dispute, HKTV Mall's decision shall be final and conclusive.
Goods Return & Exchange Condition (HKTV)
1. Application for goods return and exchange are only acceptable within 7 days upon invoice date.
2. The claimed goods return and exchange should be returned to HKTV including all the original packing materials within 5 working days.
3. The condition of return and exchange is not applicable to the damage by any improper way use, caring, self-repairing & alteration, accident, negligence, UV irradiation etc.
4. No goods return and exchange to be considered after using.
5. As a condition of return, all the original packaging materials, product warranty card issued by manufacturer, manuals and gifts have to be returned in proper condition.
6. It is the right reserved to deny any return nor exchange under any condition of negotiation.
7. Color shown may be slightly different than actual products.
8. Each order only allows return once.
9. Due to personal hygiene, no goods return and exchange will be accepted on the goods of Underwear, Socks etc.

11. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, it is our right reserved to deny any goods return nor exchange.
