● Size cannot be changed and order cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged when the order of mattress, divan base and headboard is confirmed. Bedding items are neither refundable nor returnable.
● All goods sold must be received by the client within 3 months from the order date, deposit will be forfeited for any goods not delivered within 3 months from the order date.
● Delivery will be cancelled if the client cannot be reached 1 day prior to the scheduled dated. If the delivery is unreached or requested to be amended on the scheduled date, a fee of $250 would be charge for re-arrangement.
● The dimensions of mattress and pad are approximate. Variance of +/- 1.27cm are accepted tolerance. Items will not be exchanged or refunded within this variance range.
● The company will provide basic delivery service for orders of mattresses, extra delivery fee will be increased by the complexity of service, including but not limited to: mattress disposal; elevator is not available; going through a long platform or stairs is required to reach the elevator; items are not able to fit into the elevator and have to be moved from stairs; parking lot is more than 50 meter away from the building; items needs to be hoisted; delivery within specific time period, etc. Please refer to below webpage for further details and charges: https://www.airland.com.hk/delivery.
● In case of any dispute, the decision of Airland Holding Company Limited shell be final.
