Delivered by HKTV:

1) All products are non-returnable.

2) In the event of dispute, HKTVmall's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Merchant Deliver:

1) If the customer has placed an order, the company will contact the customer first to make an appointment for delivery.

2) Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.  

3) There is no designated delivery time.

4) There is no delivery to Islands district and restricted areas.

5) The waiting time for delivery is up to 15 minutes. If overtime, please an appointment for second delivery.
