Delivery / Return

Merchant delivery：

1. After the delivery of some large products in our shop, please check the first time. If there is installation, please check again after installation, then please sign for confirmation.

2. Some products include installation, please check the product interface.

3. Some products include maintenance, please check the product interface and the maintenance terms of the store's precautions.

4. All products in this store (except for customized products), delivery time is from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).The specific delivery schedule for each region is as follows: Hong Kong Island is Monday and Thursday; Kowloon is Tuesday and Friday; New Territories is Wednesday and Saturday. If you need to ship the goods at other times, the driver will charge an additional fee. For details, please contact the driver directly.

5. Delivery in remote areas: Free delivery in remote areas (except for an additional $350 in Discovery Bay; no delivery outside of Sha Tau Kok restricted areas and outlying islands). If in doubt about the address

6. Stairs fee:The elevator can not reach straightly, the deliveryman needs to take stairs to deliver goods upstair. Each floor (10 stairs) will be charged $100.[The delivery truck is a 5.5 ton truck]

7. Distance transportation fee: The truck can't reach directly, and it takes a long walk to reach. If it exceeds 50 meters, it will add $50 for every 50 meters. [The delivery truck is a 5.5 ton truck]

Note: The delivery vehicle for large products is a 5.5-ton truck. If the delivery address restricts "5.5-ton truck cannot go directly to the front of the house", the customer shall bear the extra stair fee or distance handling fee.

8. Our customized products will be delivered around 15th from the date of your order.

9. Delivery will be scheduled in advance.

10. Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the machine parts are found to be invalid after normal use, the company will be provided with free home repair and replacement parts and other services. If damage or loss caused by man-made damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorized repair or modification, loss of use, accident, natural disaster, or other reasons beyond the control of the company, Inspection fee HKD 500 and parts fee are charged separately.

11. In case of any dispute, the store will reserve the final decision.
