• Photos are for reference only. Product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Pattern placement on the final product may slightly vary due to random cut of the fabric. The product weight may slightly vary. The actual product shall govern.

• Random Packing

•The mattress size is according to inch measurement. Under US National Standard Guidance, +/- 1.27cm differences in mattress size is acceptable and all exchange requests will not be entertained.

• For vacuum-sealed products, please allow approximately 48 hours for it to fully decompress and regain its shape. You may gently tap or fluff the product to restore its original fluffiness if necessary. Please note that vacuum-sealed products may have minor size discrepancies and the actual product shall govern. 

 
• If the product contains high-density foam material, which is irregular in shape, its size may vary due to manual measurement or different measuring methods. Slight differences in size are acceptable, and these minor discrepancies fall within the normal range. They should not be considered as product quality issues. The actual product shall govern.

• In situation where there are limitations, price, promotion offers and other marketing campaigns on the HKTV Mall may varies from retail stores, the terms and offers are only applicable to HKTV Mall.

•Products will be delivered by HKTV Mall excluding the mattress and large products, please refer to Shipping Information for more details.
•Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.
•Shipping time of this store: Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holiday
•All products are non-returnable.

• Any "Merchant Delivery" order can enjoy free delivery service provided by A-Fontane. We will contact you to arrange the most suitable delivery time.

•Delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, places where vehicles can normally reach (except outlying islands, frontier restricted areas, remote places, PO Boxes and PO Boxes, etc.). Additional shipping charges apply for remote areas.

• Mattress Pad and Mattress items require 14-17 working days from the order date. If customers need to change the delivery time, please contact us at 2419-7129 at least three working days before the scheduled delivery date.

• All additional surcharges must be paid in cash upon arrival (excluding shipping charges, which must be paid in full when the order is confirmed).

• According to the needs of the on-site environment, customers may need to pay additional upstairs fees.

•Discovery Bay gate charges $250 (including Tunnel & Other Charges ) * Delivery time : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

•Park Island ( Delivery time : 10:00 am to 4:00 pm )

•Mattress hoisting charges $200 / piece / floor ( Maximum : 2 Floor )

•Fee for going upstairs is $50 per piece per floor, upper limit is 5 floors. If you need to go up the stairs to get to the elevator, you will be charged as 5 steps or above as one stair, and 4 steps or below are free of charge.

•Floor address cannot be reached by truck, HK$100 for distance every 50 meters (Free for under 50 meters)

• Mattress disposal service is charged $300 per one, please inform us in advance.

•In the event of dispute, HKTV Mall's decision shall be final and conclusive.
