The goods sold in our store provide 7-day limited maintenance (except for designated products and special statements). If there is a problem with the goods, customers must bring the relevant goods and relevant documents to our company for repairs in person (except for human damage). Customers must ensure that the product has not been damaged or destroyed by humans, and that the complete packaging, accessories, gifts, etc. must be retained.
Great Wall Electronics only provides limited maintenance. For issues such as delivery/return, customers need to contact Hong Kong TV Mall (HKTVMall) in person.
In case of any dispute, Great Wall Electronics reserves the right to make the final decision.
