【Delivery Arrangement】 ．Products will be delivered by Grand Floral & Gift Shop ・Delivery Date: MON - SUN ．Delivery Time: 9am - 1pm / 2pm - 6pm ・Delivery will be arragned within 2 - 5 days after order placement ・No Delivery Service for Hong Kong Extended Area
(1) Product flowers, flower paper, gift boxes, flower and fruit baskets, decorations
If the main flower is out of stock or there is no specified color, we will notify the customer to replace it with other main flowers or colors. However, other flower linings, floral papers, gift boxes, flower and fruit rattan baskets, and decorations are out of stock, and our flower shop will replace them with items of equal value without prior notice. Customers need to accept the true color, shape, size and overall feeling of the goods. There may be differences from the pictures on the Internet due to re-production of goods or other factors.
(2) Shipping arrangements
2a. If sending to a housing estate: the florist will hand it over to the housing management office of the housing estate to the recipient; if the management office refuses to accept it, the product will be returned to the company, and the customer can pick it up at the company the next day or Re-pay for shipping.
2b. If sending to a company/office building/store/other organization, the flower delivery colleague will hand it over to the receptionist or other colleagues to the flower recipient.
2c. If the address is filled in incorrectly, the product will be returned to our company. Customers can come to our company to pick it up or pay the shipping fee again on the second day.
