OTO provides one-year Hong Kong warranty for designated OTO product (unless otherwise stated, and except free gift), commencing from the date of purchase, terms and conditions of which are as below:
1. Warranty service is applicable to the OTO customer with original sales invoice / purchase receipt. Name of the dealer, model number, serial number and date of purchase need to be included in the sales invoice / purchase receipt.
2. The product, during the warranty period and under normal use, will be entitled to free carry-in hardware repair service, excluding power cables, adaptor, outer casing, battery, remote control, gel pad, cloth cover, digital monitor / meter, tension belt of bike, hand cuff of blood pressure meter, probe covers of thermometers and other accessions, consumable items and lost parts.
3. The warranty does not cover period checking, transportation and relocation, installation, cleaning and replacing consumable items.
4. The warranty will automatically be void if:
(a) the product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by anybody other than qualified technical people of OTO;
(b) the product is not properly used and / or is not operated in accordance with OTO's operating instructions or the user manual;
(c) the product has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, physical damage, abnormal voltage supply / power interruption, accident, fire, flood, natural calamities or other events beyond OTO control;
(d) the ownership of the product has been transferred;
5. Should there be any unclear or disputable situation, OTO reserves the right of elaboration of the terms and conditions, and the decision of OTO shall be final.

The 'Merchant Delivery' goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. Spend HK$500 on 'Merchant Delivery' goods at this store to enjoy free delivery, otherwise the delivery fee is HK$150. Some remote areas require additional delivery fee, please contact merchant directly for details.
- Our products will be delivered by OTO.
- Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of particular merchants.
- Delivered by OTO (Standard delivery). Terms are as follows:
1. Delivery will be made in 7-14 working days from the date of purchase. OTO shall contact the customer for delivery arrangement. Delivery time: Monday to Friday 11am-6pm; Saturday 11am-5pm (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday).
2. The customer using the delivery service must provide correct delivery and contact information for arrangement. If the customer needs to change the order content (such as delivery address, delivery time or purchasing more products, etc.), s/he is required to inform the Company at least 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) prior to the originally scheduled delivery date and time. The Company will notify the customer of the new delivery date and time as soon as possible. Under no circumstance will the Company be held liable for any advancement or delay of the delivery date.
3. The customer must collect the product and/or giveaway or arrange for delivery within three (3) months from the date of purchase. If it is overdue and not taken, the Company has the right to charge for storage. After six (6) months, the order and the uncollected product will be automatically canceled/forfeited and the paid amount will not be refunded.
4. If the delivery team of the Company delivers the product according to the address provided by the customer but the recipient refuses to accept the product delivered, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of the delivery service.
5. Free delivery for Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (exclude outlying islands and remote areas). Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay; additional one way charge: HK$350 (massage chair(s)) / HK$250 (other product(s)). Other Outlying Islands: Free shipping to Central Pier.
6. Other delivery fee schedules:
(i) Handling costs for landing stairs: There is a need of moving the product up and down the stairs between the parking slot and the delivery building, and/or the delivery building or the flat inside does not have any elevator, or the product cannot fit in the elevator and needs to be transported via stairs. HK$50 each piece each storey. The customer is required to pay the fee to the delivery person in cash at the time of delivery.
(ii) Transportation cost of remote area delivery, where vehicles cannot directly reach: Remote areas where vehicles cannot reach directly (150 meters or more from the entrance/exit of the delivery building to the parking slot) and the product must be transported by hand or by handcart to the delivery building. HK$300 each piece.
(iii) If no one answers the door on the date of delivery, the delivery fee collected (if applicable) will not be refunded. Delivery fee will be charged again for next-time delivery. If the delivery team of the Company delivers the product according to the address provided by the customer but the recipient refuses to accept the product delivered, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of the delivery service.
(iv) If the product is required to ship to Macau, Mainland China, overseas or if there is any other special delivery request, the Company will contact the customer within 7 working days after receiving the order to inform the relevant delivery charge. Unless otherwise stated, non-Hong Kong delivery charge refers to the one from the terminal of Hong Kong to the terminal of the destination and does not include the installation of the product, any fee incurred after arriving at the destination and any tax and duty.
* The customer is required to pay the above-mentioned additional delivery fee to the delivery person in cash at the time of delivery.
