1.All parallel import products are covered by EU Gadget  7days warranty starting from date of receipt.

2.All claims of shortage or damage must be made within 24 hours upon receipt.

3.All replacement/repair must be come with complete packaging and invoice within 7 days

  (man-made damage will not be entitled any replacement/repair service)

4.To replace faulty product, item must be in original condition (i.e. without any physical damage and/or

  scratch) and with complete packaging together with original sales invoice\receipt and warranty card

  (which shall not be completed). Serial number on the returned product must be the same as those printed

  on invoices. In case, replacement is not possible due to out of stock. Customer can  replace same value

  or higher value of goods with compensation for price difference. All sold goods are non-refundable.
