Delivery terms:
1. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong SAR.
2. Delivery service hours are 09:00-18:00 from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
3. Order cutoff is ___ every working day morning, and delivery is expected to take 2-4 working days (*Except for custom-made items).
4. The purchase amount in our store cannot be combined with the purchase amount from other merchants in HKTVmall to calculate the shipping fee. Free shipping is available for purchases over $2,000 in the same order. Orders under $2,000 are subject to a $100 delivery fee per order.
5. Each order can only specify one shipping and installation address.
6. If the customer confirms that the product specifications are correct but ultimately fails to install due to errors in the customer's installation environment, such as water pressure, voltage or insufficient space, etc., the company will not provide refunds.
7. Due to product quality problems, each product can only be replaced once, calculated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
8. Products will not be returned or exchanged if the relevant original purchase receipt and complete packaging of the product are not presented.
9. Returned goods must be returned together with the accompanying gifts. If not, the company will deduct the equivalent value of the gifts.
10. Products that are artificially damaged or damaged will not be returned or exchanged.

Note: Delivery arrangements are subject to the order volume of the day and the notification SMS sent. The agreed delivery time may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to actual circumstances such as traffic, region, weather and other factors.
