Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone after delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Notification with tracking information will be sent when we send out the goods.
Shipping fee will be shown on the order screen, it will be adjusted automatically according to the shipping address and items ordered.
Customer will be responsible for all the tariffs, taxes and cost related to designated customs.
