Delivery Services
Order over a certain amount per each delivery point can enjoy free delivery service. Next 2 Business delivery upon payment received and confirmed by the bank. On weekends and public holidays, delivery will be processed and delivered two business days later.
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have lowered the minimum order amount to HK$1,000 (from HK$1,500) as our gesture to make home deliveries more accessible for our customers. For orders of less than HK$1,000, a delivery charge of:
HK$150 is required for Hong Kong Island;
HK$80 is required for Kowloon;
HK$300 is required for New Territories. (Please contact us in advance of your order)
Delivery Schedule
Every Monday to Friday: Hong Kong Island & Kowloon Island. Please contact us in advance for enquiry if delivery to New Territories Area or remote areas and outlying islands as it might take longer time and incur additional charges. Delivery closed on Weekend and Public Holidays.
Delivery Methods
We use our own delivery fleet for all orders. If no one is present at the delivery address during the time of delivery, a notice card will be left for you to rearrange the delivery. An additional delivery fee may be required. Prior to delivery, all orders must be paid. All cheques must be cleared before arrangements begin.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed soon after confirmation to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. Depending on district and location you are expected to receive your order(s) within 2 business days of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. Therefore, these are only estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic.
Product Conditions
We strive to find the wine, spirits, sake and champagne in their best condition; however the Customer should make the appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, case condition, labels and corks for old wines.
We currently cannot provide refunds or exchanges on our products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Breakages / Shortfall
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be logged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
Storage
We reserve the right to levy a storage charge of HKD20/bottle per month for wines which have been made available but not collected or delivered within 30 days of purchase.
The charge will be yearly based at $180 per case (or part case) or per large format bottle. Cellarage invoices will be raised on 1 January each year for the full year. If wines are stored after the beginning of the year, charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you want to collect your wine early, we will refund you with the remaining full month(s) storage fee.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Law and Jurisdiction
All sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Other Terms and Conditions
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. A person aged 18 or above must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another agreed time.
Price, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.
Prices will be subjected to change on supplier costs, HKSAR Government duty adjustment, currency fluctuation and price increment.
All the images and the contents on this booklet or website are for illustration purpose only and shall not constitute or be committed as giving any contract or warranty. Actual product appearance shall be in accordance with those at the time of delivery.
The person to take delivery shall inspect the condition of the actual products at the time of delivery and sign the receipt. We will not accept refund or exchange. We will not responsible for any errors or damages of the delivery products.
