• Our large items (such as car seats,playpen, playmat, strollers,some large toys) will be delivered by Atop Company Limited. We will contact the customer directly to arrange the delivery date and time. Other products will be delivered by HKTV Mall. The actual delivery time will be calculated based on the items selected in your order and the shipping time of the relevant merchant.

• The scope of delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated Islands District (respectively) Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung.

• The scope of delivery services does not include Tai Po Kowloon Tsai Hang, Sha Tau Kok, Tai Kuk Lung, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam Estate, Mai Po, Island Island, restricted area, hotel, overseas address and post office box.

• Delivery service is limited to the direct floor of the elevator. There is an additional charge of $80 per floor for stairs per box. (In the 1st to 8th grades, it is also calculated as one floor, and each level is calculated as a floor fee. e.g. 3 boxes to 2nd floor: $80 x 3boxes x 2 floor = $480). Client can select collecting the goods on the ground. The housing estate can only be settled on the ground.

• Client need to collect the goods on our Van if Rural or special address have to be delivered for long walks

• The delivery service charge does not include the parking fee, the entrance fee, the registration fee, etc. The fee must be paid by the customer in cash.

• Atop Company Limited will charge an additional delivery fee if the delivery is not successful due to incorrect address or delivery time.

• In case of any dispute, HKTV Mall and Atop Copany Limited reserve the right of final decision

• All products are non-returnable.
