Wits for Win
Ah Yat's founder, Mr. Yeung Koon Yat, is dedicated to introduce the beauty of Chinese cuisine to the world. Driven by this guiding principle and our devotion to offer "high-end food at affordable price", we aim to make the world’s renowned "Ah Yat Abalone" an enjoyment to all!
Company Profile
After originating the world famous "Ah Yat Abalone" in 1984, Mr. Yeung and his apprentice Miss Lau Chit Yu worked to develop a series of instant food products in 2005 with abalone, sea cucumber, shark's fin, fish maw etc. This is where the Ah Yat branded instant abalone, shark's fin and bird's nest products started. In 2007, Miss Lau was authorized to establish Ah Yat Abalone Princess (HK) Limited to manufacture and distribute the series. With our continued pursuit of excellence and word of mouth from our supporters, Ah Yat's popularity is not location-bound. Our market is extended to China, Taiwan, East Asia, the U.S., Canada, etc., bringing the essence of Hong Kong food and the Chinese culinary culture to other parts of the world.
