Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants. The pictures are reference only. In the event of dispute, HKTVmall and Bapman's decision shall be final and conclusive.
For the products will be delivered by HKTVmall, please refer to Shipping Information. Our dispatch time is from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. All products are non-returnable.
Except the specified items, the delivery service will be provided by Bapman. Order Cut-off time for the items which handled by Bapman: Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday, 2pm. After the payment for an order is settled, Bapman will contact the Customer generally at least 1-3 working days about delivery arrangements.
All order deliveries should be finalized upon telephone or whatsapp confirmation. During bad weather conditions (e.g. black rain, typhoon no. 8 or above) we will suspend and rearrange any delivery scheduled. We will effect delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories (excluding all outlying islands, e.g Sai Kung, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Mid-Level, Stanley, remoted area and the restricted area assigned by Highways department). All delivery service's decision shall be final and conclusive by Bapman.
Store return policy:
In the event of discovering damaged products, please consult with Bapman or reject to sign the waybill. We DO NOT ACCEPT any return/exchange if waybill is already signed by customers AND Any opened product (including the wrapping materials and stickers); OR
Any product not in its original condition, included but not limited to damage or missing parts.
We will provide extra delivery service once again if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
