Melchiori CONTADINO Organic Apple Cider Dry alc. 7%

The Melchiori apple cider, a sparkling cider with a natural fine and persistent perlage, is born from an accurate selection of the best apples farmed in the heart of dolomites. Its decisive, dry and fruity taste, makes it an excellent all meal aperitif.

"In Melchiori we do not use any kind of concentrate and we do not add CO2. The regulated fermentation of apple squeezing in an autoclave is carried out through an artisan process. This attention results in the creation of a drink with a surprising flavour, especially for us Italians, even though cider is very common throughout the world, especially in the Celtic countries of Northern Europe."

Bouquet : Clean, fresh, apple blossoms and ripe apple

Taste : Fresh apple and white flower, light and a little sweet

Perlage : Fine and persistent
