Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels, foils and corks for wines. We do not accept return or exchange wines for any reason, including corked wines and unopened wines.
 

• In situations where there are limitations, price, promotion offers and other marketing campaigns on the
HKTVmall may vary from our online stores, the terms and offers are only applicable to HKTVmall.
 

• In case of any dispute, the merchant will retain the right of final decision without prior notice.

Our "Merchant Delivery" delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, excluding public holidays.
 

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. Spent $2000 on 'Merchant Delivery' products at this store to enjoy free delivery service, otherwise extra $100 delivery fee will be charged and added to your order at checkout page.

. If the door-to-door delivery is unsuccessful twice or the recipient refuses to accept it, an additional one-way shipping fee will be charged, and the first trial delivery will be arranged as required. 

1. If the delivery address does not have a direct lift, the store will charge a service fee of HK$30 per floor, with a maximum of five floors. 2. If there is a registration fee or warehousing fee at the receiving location, the store will charge the customer.
. If the first delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be sent for the second time on the next day. If you request to send again on the same day, a new order will be charged for an additional one-way shipping.
 

. Delivery service services cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and some outlying islands (including Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and South Lantau). 

We provide delivery services at different temperatures in refrigerated vehicles or insulated tools to suit the needs of our customers. Refrigerated vehicles are equipped with temperature sensors and global positioning systems that help track cabin temperature and the location of goods. The thermal insulation tools have been rigorously tested to ensure that the goods are stored at the appropriate temperature during transportation.

The surcharges are as follows :
