• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Opened/used products

2. Without original and unopened packaging

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. Spent $800 on 'Merchant Delivery' products at this store to enjoy free delivery service, otherwise extra $80 delivery fee will be charged and added to your order at checkout page. The free delivery service is including Commercial Area, Residential Area and Remote Area in Hong Kong.

Meat and Seafood Delivery hours: 

Tuesday – Saturdays | 9am - 1pm | 1pm - 7pm
1.Place your order before 1200 midday for earliest next-day meat delivery, or another day of your choice. 
2.Orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance.  
3.Orders over 800 HKD receive free meat and seafood delivery, otherwise 80 HKD meat delivery is charged.  No minimum orders.  
4.Orders received after 1200 midday from Friday - before midday Monday will be delivered earliest on Tuesdays or next delivery day if Tuesday is a HK public holiday. The reason for that is we go back to work on Mondays after the weekend or first day after a public holiday, and process your orders fresh for next day meat and seafood delivery with our refrigerated trucks.

The following Additional Fee of Furniture and Electrical Appliances will be paid by customer(s):

1.    Remote Area Additional Fee

2.    Delivery fee for goods delivered through stairways

3.    Hoisting Furniture Fee

Meat, Seafood, Wine & BBQ Grills Delivery Days: Tuesday to Saturday

Meat & Seafood Delivery Time Options: 9am - 1pm | 1pm - 7pm* (Delivery times are indicative and may be delayed due to various factors such as traffic, weather, peak seasons, or operational conditions.)

Non Delivery Days: Sundays and Mondays. Public Holidays and the day after public holidays.

Weather Delays: If the HK Observatory issues a Black Rain or T8 warning, all delivery services will be suspended until the warning is reduced which may mean your delivery will be delayed till the next day depending on the time of the warning.
