All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. The actual delivery time is subject to be earlier or delayed due to road conditions. You shall give no less than 2 working days’ notice from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Sunday and public holiday excluded) to our Customer Service Hotline or specified means via email or online platform in respect of any request for change in delivery time, date, or place. Additional charges for small products If the length of the product exceeds120CM at one side, an additional fee of HK$20 will be charged for each piece. The length of the goods cannot exceed 150CM. Large home appliances include: washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, televisions, and wine cabinets (subject to actual circumstances).

The offer does not apply to the removal of old appliances downstairs.
