1. Product are delivered by courier/SF Express. We will contact you for the arrangement.

2. Delivery service is only applicable to HK area. Surcharge could be incurred if no elevator or in remoted areas, e.g. Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay etc. Our staff will inform the surcharge charge.

3. Standard installation service is only applicable to HK area. Surcharge will be incurred if the address is in remoted areas*. Our staff will inform you when arranging the service subject to the installation address. (*Remote areas subcharge: $250: The Peak, Mid-levels, Southern District, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Sai Kung, Ting Kau, Sham Tseng, Ma Wan/Park Island, Tung Chung, Pat Heung, Kam Tin and Yuan Long/Tuen Mun/Tai Po/Sheung Shui/Fanling and other rural areas; $350: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau)

4. For goods that include standard installation services, our technical staff will contact and ask you to provide photos to show the installation space and its condition for reference before arranging delivery and installation. When the technical staff comes to install, if the installation cannot be carried out due to the actual environment on the site, the customer will need to pay $250 inspection fee of $250 (if visiting remote areas, additional remote area surcharges will be charged).

5. For installation service, buildings can only access through staircases charge HKD$50 per floor (the first 3 floors will not count)

T & C

1. The photo is for reference only. Colour may be slightly different than actual product due to monitor settings. Actual product should be considered as final.

2. If it is found that the product has and needs to be returned/replaced, please contact HKTVMall cusomter service within 7 days from the date of receipt, together with the receipt number, product name and model number, the problem (with photo). Our staff will contact you as soon as possible in due cause. Please note that return/replacement arrangement can only be made once per order.

3. We only accept return and replacement application due to product quality issue. The followings will not be accepted for return/replacement applications:

a. Return or exchange of product when the customer makes mistake during order

b. Product that has been opened, used, modified, or damaged due to personal caused

c. Product packaging damaged or incomplete

d. The related accessory part(s) is/are missing

e. Water filters (including filter cartridge), Air filters (including replacement filters) & shower filters (including filter cartridge)

4. We will arrange to pick up the returned product by courier if application is accepted. If the product has met the replacement policy after examination, we will arrange to deliver the replacement within 3 - 5 working days. If the customer has a new order, it will be dispatched with the order. If the returned product is not fit with our policy for replacement, then the customer will need to pay for the pick-up & delivery cost for the returned product.

5. We do not provide refund policy under any circumstances.

6. In case of any dispute, Wo Ju Living Ltd will retain the right of final decision.

Delivery / Return

The 'Merchant Delivery' goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. Spend $3000 on 'Merchant Delivery' goods at this store to enjoy free delivery, otherwise the delivery fee is $100. Some remote areas require additional delivery fee, please contact merchant directly for details.

1. Our product(s) will not be delivered by HKTVmall and will need more time to dispatch by SF Express or transport compnay. Customer will be contacted on delivery arrangement after order procedure completed.

2. Our delivery services only applicable for HK market. Additional cost will be incurred if delivery address has no elevator or is in remoted areas, like Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay… etc. Our colleague will update the customer on the additional delivery cost in advance.

3. Our delivery schedule is on Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

4. If no one available to receive the product(s) during the agreed deliver schedule, and needs 2nd delivery arrangement. The 2nd time delivery cost will be paid by the customer.

5. Customer or on behalf of the consignee should check the product(s) upon receiving. For example, check whether the product is damaged, whether the surface has scratches, cracks, etc. Once the delivery note has been signed, it means that the surface quality of the goods has been accepted. We will not accept any complaint on the surface quality after the delivery note is signed.
