• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Products are provided and delivered by BSH HK. Once order has been placed, BSH HK will contact customer within 3
working days to make an appointment for delivery.

2. Due to the current pandemic situation, if you or someone in the same household has a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19) or who is in self-isolation/ quarantine due to the current requirements, delivery and installation service will be re-arranged. For buildings in which there are more than one confirmed cases of Covid-19 found in the past 7 days, delivery and installation services would also be suspended to these building until 7 days after the date of last case.

3. All products are non-returnable.

4. In the event of dispute, BSH HK's decision shall be final and conclusive.
