The goods sold in our store are divided into original factory goods and parallel imported goods.

All original products are licensed by Hong Kong agents, and the products will be guaranteed by the original manufacturers of Hong Kong agents. The other part is parallel imported goods, which are directly imported by ourselves. All of them are 100% genuine. These parallel imported goods are provided by different suppliers around the world. The product labels may be different.

Our store will provide one-year warranty for all parallel imported products. If there is a problem with the goods, the customer must bring the goods and receipt to our store for repair within 7 days (artificial errors excluded). Customers must ensure that the product has not been artificially damaged or destroyed and that the complete packaging, accessories, gifts, etc.

If you need to change the watch strap, customers can bring the goods and receipts to our store in person to get the free strap change service.
