1. The Company will call customers 1-2 days before delivery to confirm the delivery date and time. If the Company cannot reach the customer before 6pm one working day prior to delivery, the delivery will be arranged on another day according to the district of the delivery address
2. Leather is natural material, slightly grain variations and skin scars are normal. Leather seat surface will become wrinkled and loosen after used. It is a normal condition for a leather sofa.
3. The color of natural leather with grain variations will be reflected differently under different light color and brightness (lumens). The color of natural leather and PVC are slightly different.
4. Sofa seat height and softness may be slightly different from the sofa item at shop due to different softness level of the sofa.
5. Customers must accept size tolerance of +/- 2 inches on each side of a product; sofa direction is based on when sit on the sofa.
6. No replacement will be accepted after checking and signing on the Delivery Note.
7. Customer should provide size of the lift and the door of their delivery location before purchase. The Company will not be liable if the ordered item(s) are unable to deliver to customer address due to any obstacle(s).
1. The office hours are from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In case of inclement weather, typhoon, black rain or other accidents, the delivery service will be suspended until further notice.
2. The delivery date is about 14 days after ordering. The company will call the customer to confirm the delivery date and time.
3. Locations where trucks are not directly accessible: The company is not responsible for delivery services if the islands are to be transported through the terrace or the environment is not allowed to be transported. If the delivery is required to go up and down the stairs (eight steps of stairs), the company will charge the stairs and stairs fees, please contact the delivery department for enquiry. If you are sending to Macau/Lantau/Container Terminal/Airport area, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee. Please call the delivery department for enquiry.
4. The customer must provide the size of the residential gate and door to the company. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for the inability of the goods to enter the house due to the restrictions on the customer's residence and the nearby area.
5. The company will not be responsible for the second free shipping service. If the customer requests a second re-delivery due to a lost contract or another day after the delivery date, the product will be assembled. Additional delivery or assembly fee will be charged. .
6. When the customer receives the goods, please check all the accessories and glass (if any), whether it is complete or not. After the goods have been accepted by the customer, they must be signed on the delivery note. The company will not be responsible for the replacement or replacement. .
7. For the goods that the company fails to deliver as scheduled, the company's maximum liability is limited to the refund of the amount paid by the customer.
