Delivery service is limited to designated areas and fixed addresses in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Some remote areas may be subject to charges. Additional shipping charges apply. If you have any other special shipping address inquiries, please call Shine Creation Customer Service Department.
Our designated non-working days are Sundays and public holidays.
For all products are related to proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set Out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:

Washing machine: $125 per item
Stand-alone tumble dryers: $125 per item
Dehumidifiers: $125 per item
Television: $165 per item
Computer: $15 per item
Printer: $15 per item
Scanner: $15 per item
Monitor: $45 per item
