All products are official to sell by ITSU WORLD (HK) LIMITED. ITSU provides one-year free warranty service for ITSU product (unless otherwise stated).

-        Our store will protect your personal Information in accordance to the relevant provisions of the personal Data Protection Act and in accords to HKTVmall Privacy Policies.

-        All products are non-returnable.

-        Please keep the invoice and delivery note for future warranty service. 

-        The actual colour may be slightly different from the image.

-        The warranty will be automatically void

(1) The product has been damaged by misuse and negligence.

(2) The product has been damaged due to physical damage, abnormal voltage supply / power interruption, accident, fire, flood, natural calamities or other events.

(3) The rights of maintenance service are not transferable.

In case of any disputes, ITSU will retain the right of final decision without prior notice.

All “Merchant Delivery” goods from ITSU store are entitled to free delivery service. The“Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate the delivery fee. Some remote areas require an additional delivery fee, please contact the merchant directly for details. -        Our products will be delivered by HKTVmall or ITSU.

-        Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of particular merchants.

-        Delivered by ITSU: Delivery will be made in 10-14 working days from the date of purchase. ITSU shall contact the customer for delivery arrangements. Delivery time: Monday to Saturday 11 am - 6 pm (excluding Sunday and Public Holiday).

-        If the delivery address does not have an elevator, we will charge an additional service fee for each floor (5-10 steps will be regarded as 1 floor) HK$100 (except ground floor). If it occurs distance fee during the shipment, it is subject to the driver’s judgment (Basic charge HK$50 per 100 meters). Please contact Customer Service for details of additional charges.
