• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:
1. Opened/used products
2. Without original and unopened packaging
3. Products with “non-returnable” remark
4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples
5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note
We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

1) When will the goods be shipped?

The spot will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is completed.

2) Will there be a notification when the goods are delivered?

-After placing the order, we will confirm the order with the order number to the customer by email.

-After successful payment, the customer will be email/Whatapp to confirm the payment within 24 hours.

-When the goods are shipped, we will also notify customers of the SF Express number by email/Whatapp.

3) How much can I get free shipping? Can I hand it in person?

For purchases below HK$100, surface mail is included.

For purchases over HK$100 or more, SF Express Delivery (Residential District/Industrial and Commercial District)/SF Station/SF Service Station/Smart Cabinet/SF Convenience Store will pick up the package.
