Store return policy:

The product in question "must still have full packaging and accessories", bring a full set to the shop, if there is a problem, you can replace it. If it is not provided, it will not be returned. All products have an original warranty (unless otherwise specified).

Applications for product return or exchange must be made within 7 days of the item receipt date.

We DO NOT ACCEPT return or exchange of below products:
