Our store will protect your personal Information in accordance with the relevant provisions
of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and in accordance with HKTVmall Privacy
Policies.
• In case of any dispute, the merchant will retain the right of final decision without prior
notice.
• Color shown may be slightly different than actual products due to computer monitors
settings.
• In situations where there are limitations, price, promotion offers and other marketing
campaigns on the HKTVmall may vary from retail stores, the terms and offers are only
applicable to HKTVmall.
• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you
receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may
be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press
"Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not
acceptable in our refund policy:
1. Opened/used products
2. Without original and unopened packaging
3. Products with “non-returnable” remark
4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples
5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note
We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are
borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods
delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. Spent $500 on 'Merchant Delivery'
products at this store to enjoy free delivery service, otherwise extra $30 delivery fee will
be charged and added to your order at checkout page.

The scope of delivery does not include outlying islands//restricted areas/overseas

Delivery range:

• Standard delivery service areas include local only, no overseas delivery. Excluding remote and outlying island areas, areas such as Discovery Bay and Ma Wan require an additional $200; the delivery service is also not applicable to any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

• If stairs are included during the move, additional charges will apply (small shipments: $20 per 10 steps; large shipments: $40 per 10 steps)

• Please do not use a PO Box as a shipping address

• Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to different addresses.

General delivery time:

• Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 1 to 2 working days to be delivered.

• Delivery time from Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: no delivery service

• Order processing and delivery are only done on weekdays (excluding public holidays)
