*Botanical name: cedrus atlantica
*Method of extraction: Steam distilled from chips + heartwood.
*Aroma: Earthy, balsamic and woody.
*Benefits: Grounding and soothing mind, relieve respiratory symptoms, reduce hair loss and dandruff, converge skin and pores.

Directions
*Aroma diffusing: Add 5-7 drops essential oil into purified water, by using the oil burner or electronic diffusing device for indoor aroma diffusing.
*Air refreshing: Add 5-10 drops essential oil into 100ml of purified water, shake well and use as room mist for air freshener.
*Bath: Add 5-10 drops essential oil into bath tub filled with hot water, stir well and soak for 15-20 minutes.
*Steam inhalation: Add 3-5 drops essential oil into a bowl of hot water, stir well and face to the water for steaming or steam inhaling.
*Massage: Add 5-7 drops essential oil into every 10ml of vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, grapeseed oil…etc.) for facial or body massage.
*Daily Care: Blend approximately 1% of essential oil into daily care products as desired (e.g. moisturizer, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner…etc.) for daily usage.

*Undiluted essential oil should not be applied on skin directly.
