Instructions for use:
For the first time, please use the kitchen rag and detergent to clean the pot. Please do not use chlorine bleach.
Please do not use a steel wire ball or the like to clean the pot body, as it may cause scratches or black spots on the pot body.
After use, please clean the pot with a soft cloth and detergent, and wipe off the water.

Daily maintenance:
Usually use detergent and sponge.
When the pot is black or accidentally scorched, brush the dirt with nylon fiber vegetable cloth.

The surface of the aluminum snow pan has not undergone any processing, and it is easy to change color when cooking sour dishes with vinegar added. You should avoid holding the sour dishes in the pot for a long time.

When the new pot is in hand, there may be a layer of light gray black powder in the pot?
The pot will be ground after stamping. Because the surface of the snow pan is brushed, if it is magnified with a microscope, the surface is not flat but has unevenness, so the stainless steel powder produced by grinding is likely to remain because of unevenness. The stainless steel powder does not contain harmful substances, and can be washed away at the first use.
