•Customer should provide authentic and valid contact information (including address and telephone number) for any orders. Any undeliverable, delayed delivery or extra delivery charge due to wrong information should be borne by the customer.

•The availability of products is limited on a first-come-first-serve basis.

•The demand of product replacement, model exchange, product return, refund or order cancellation is not accepted.

•For any dispute, Nokia reserves the right of final decision.

HKTVmall Standard Delivery goods

•Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particularmerchant.

•Shipping time of this store: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

•The merchant reserves the right to amend the stated terms herein without prior notice. In

case of any dispute, the decision of the merchant and HKTVmall shall be final.

Return

Our store does not accept returns or refunds.

Merchant Delivery goods

The 'Merchant Delivery' goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other  merchants to calculate delivery fee.

Customers can enjoy one free delivery service for purchases 'Merchant Delivery' goods in our store, Service including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories. Some remote areas or other special address require additional delivery fee.

Our non-business days included Sunday and public holiday

*Extra charge for remote districts:

Extra HKD100 will be charged for an address in Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok (including Hong Kong International Airport) and Hong Kong Disneyland.

Extra HKD300 will be charged for an address in Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau and Lantau Island.

#Extra charge for Special Warehousing Service:

Extra HKD300 will be charged for Warehouses / United Warehouse / Logistics Centers / Airports / Wharfs / Trade Centers.

The delivery service is not available for non-permanent addresses and any addresses in frontier closed areas, Outlying Islands, sufferance warehouses, and where the delivery cannot be made by stairs but terraces.

After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email for the date of shipping if your order is accepted by Noika. In normal cases, an order to be delivered to an address in Hong Kong will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days at the earliest after the order is placed. Before the delivery of an item, the delivery person will call, and upon delivery, will allow you to check whether the items you order are delivered in full. You are required to sign your name on the delivery note to confirm your receipt.

Nokia will not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling of the delivery time due to traffic, district and weather conditions or other force majeure, whether or not the cause of such delay or rescheduling is within Nokia 's control.

If the order is delivered to a non-designated address without the consent of Nokia, regardless of whether the customer and the delivery person agree or not, all losses caused thereby, Nokia will not be responsible and have the right to recover related losses.

Refund policy is not available once the order is placed.

Nokia reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any dispute.
