• After a successful transaction, the shipping address cannot be changed, the goods will be delivered to the address you have filled in, and it will take about 4 to 7 working days for delivery. • If the customer provides wrong information, no one picks up, overdue collection, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery of the goods, etc., resulting in the order being unable to be delivered, HAIROOM is not responsible for this. If the customer requires re-delivery, the request must be raised within 30 days after placing the order, and the shipping fee will be bore by the customer.

• From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products, please keep the original package and take photos. Used products & without original packaging will not be refunded. We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.
