The following will not be exempted from the replacement arrangement:
· Size of the goods does not match.
· Man-made damage.
· All products are subject to the actual product, and we cannot provide replacements due to color differences.
· If the courier is entrusted to deliver the goods to the door of the address or the management office for collection, the customer shall be responsible for the risk of loss or damage of the goods.
· Pet furniture will undergo multiple layers of manual processing before shipment, small defects on the surface are normal (do not affect the overall use).
· To avoid contact with contagious diseases, please consider the needs of your pets before purchasing pet products.
Returning or exchanging goods:
· If there is a problem with the quality of the product, a replacement request should be made within 3 days from the date of receipt, and the overdue will not be accepted.
· Limit one exchange per order.
· If it affects the overall operation, the replacement product must be returned together with the complete packaging and accessories.
· If it affects part of the operation, we will replace the problematic part instead of all.
· All shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging products shall be borne by the customer.
· We are not responsible for damages after the delivery of the goods.
· Regarding the assembly of goods, you need to handle it yourself because it involves personal installation methods or causes related problems.
· If the product item or quantity does not match the order, please contact customer service immediately on the day of delivery.
· We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
· In case of any dispute, FastBuy reserves the right to the final decision.
