In respect of purchases of a voucher, in addition to the contract you will have with the seller of the voucher, there will also be a contract between you and the merchant that actually provides the products and services when you redeem your voucher with that merchant. We, HKTV mall, do not accept responsibility for any claim, loss or damage, howsoever caused (including through omission or negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with the purchase of any products, services or vouchers through HKTV mall, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such claim, loss or damage arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through HKTV mall. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information obtained from HKTV mall meet your specific requirements.

• Ordered items be delivered by Fantastic directly.
• A complimentary delivery is provided for general residential addresses in town areas. $200 applies for Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. No delivery service for outlying islands, restricted areas and remoted locations.
• For the service details and related charges, please refer to the sections of “Delivery Service” and “Installation Service”.
• Once the order is received, we will contact the customer on the 2nd working day to arrange the delivery or the optional installation service (if required).
• Delivery and Installation schedules: Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm (except Sundays and public holidays). The schedules will be provided by us subject to availability.
• In general, it would be within 5 working days for the delivery service and within 10 working days for the optional installation service (if required).
• Goods sold are not returnable nor refundable.
• In case of any disputes, FANtastic reserves the right of final decision.
