Our delivery service is operated in Hong Kong SAR. Free delivery service will be provided for an order exceed HK$1,500 (per each delivery address). Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan of Hong Kong Region (Additional delivery fee may charge depending on location).
Delivery service is not valid to non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, outlaying islands, warehouse and premises which are not accessible by elevator or staircase and required to be delivered through balcony.
If no elevator service is available at the premises, an additional delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor will be charged.
Waste Appliance Removal Services
For all products are related to proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:
Air conditioner: $125 per unit | Refrigerator: $165 per unit | Washing machine: $125 per unit | Television: $165 per unit | Computer: $15 per unit | Printer: $15 per unit | Scanner: $15 per unit | Monitor: $45 per unit | Stand-alone Tumble Dryer: $125 per unit | Dehumidifier: $125 per unit
