Directions:
Take one soup pack per day according to each stage. Please rinse before use. Place the ingredients in a clay pot and add 5 bowls of water. Bring the water to a boil and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes to yield 2 bowls of liquid. Consume half an hour after breakfast and dinner.
