UTS Installation Tips:

1. Basic installation requires about 30 minutes.
2. Basic installation includes hole drilling (hole with 28mm in diameter) on specific countertop materials.
• Certain countertops materials such as plastic, stainless steel or arti¬cial stone countertops are applicable for basic installation.
• Customer shall appoint an independent 3rd party to drill a new hole on the countertop in advance if countertop is made of fragile materials such as glass, ceramic, and crystal.
• Countertops such as natural marble, quartz or granite are applicable for installation if the thickness is assessed by the technician (Additional charge will be applied).
3. Installation of the product shall be within 1 meter from the water source.
4. For RO fi¬ltration models, power socket and drainage pipe should be ready in the under-sink cabinet.
