Product Exchange Policy (No Returns for Non-Quality Issues)
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide details such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Product Name for Exchange," "Reason for Exchange," and accompanying photos. Our customer service representatives will assist you with the exchange process upon receiving the information.
Exchange Guidelines
The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging. Please ensure the integrity of the product, accessories, gifts, warranty certificates, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials, without any missing accessories or damage to the original box.
The following cases are not eligible for returns:
Products that exceed 7 days from the date of receipt (Belkin products have a two-year warranty, and products beyond seven days should be handled at the service center).
Damaged products due to human factors, such as soiling, malfunction, destruction, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, etc.
Returns with incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
Malicious or excessive returns.
Exchange Guidelines
The exchanged product must be free from any damage caused by human defects. Please keep the original packaging intact, including the outer cardboard packaging. As the nature of each item may vary, any disputes regarding returns or exchanges will be subject to the company's rights.
Exchange Process
If both parties agree to the exchange, please process the return on the original order and place a new order in the store. The company will only issue an invoice for the price difference and collect or refund the corresponding fees. If there is no price difference, no further action is require

Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
Shipping Fees:
Standard Delivery: $30 (Free shipping for orders over $250)

Shipping time may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather and traffic conditions.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are provided correctly, as any errors may result in delays or failed deliveries.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will be charged for reshipment.
