The "Merchant Delivery" items we deliver cannot be combined with items delivered by other merchants for calculating delivery fees.
For any order purchasing items below $1000 from our store, an additional delivery fee of $50 will be charged and added to your order at checkout.
Free delivery service will be provided for purchases over $1000 (including Hong Kong commercial and residential areas).
The following additional fees for electrical appliances will be paid by the customer:
• Additional fees for remote areas
- Tung Chung / Ma Wan / Discovery Bay ($300),
- Delivery to outlying islands only at Central Port,
- Delivery to non-restricted areas only in the border restricted area.
• Delivery fees for goods delivered by stairs
If there is no elevator or goods are delivered by stairs, customers must notify us in advance and pay a handling fee of HKD 80 per floor, based on 8 floors.
