Cancellation arrangement
Once an order is established, the Buyer agrees that the Seller has borne certain operating costs for the order. Therefore, if the Buyer wishes to cancel the order before receiving the goods while the Seller is fulfilling its commitment to process the delivery of the order, the Buyer shall pay 5% of the transaction value of the order or not less than HK$100 to compensate the Seller. In other words, if the buyer cancels the order before receiving the goods, the seller will refund the amount of the order transaction minus the compensation to the Buyer in the form of payment.
If the Seller fails to comply with its promise to deliver the order, the Seller shall unconditionally refund the transaction amount of the order to the Buyer in Buyer's terms of payment.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order voluntarily. If the Seller cancels the order voluntarily, the Seller will unconditionally refund the transaction amount of the order to the Buyer in the Buyer's terms of payment.
If promotional gifts or special offers are included with the returned or cancelled order, the Buyer must return the goods together, otherwise the refund will not be processed. If a paid or non-paid experience is included with the order, Seller reserves the right to deduct the original value of such experience upon refund.
Return and exchange arrangement
In any case, the Buyer shall inspect the products before leaving the pick-up point. The products will not be returned or replaced once they leave the pick-up point.
The Seller will not accept any return or exchange arrangement unless it is a quality problem.
If the buyer has doubts about the quality of the products, please bring the products and all packing materials to the Perfect Medical pick-up point and hand them over to the Seller for further investigation and future arrangements.
Non-returnable products
The product has been received for more than 7 days.
The product has been opened or used (e.g. the tape or the box has been torn off).
The product is not in good packaging, is damaged, damaged or incomplete.
Any discount, clearance or sale product indicating that returns are not acceptable.
Any free gifts and sample packages.
Any products purchased at Perfect Medical stores.
Any quarantine products.
In case of any dispute, Perfect Medical online store reserves the final decision.
The usual refund time is four weeks after Perfect Medical confirms receipt of returned goods.
