2.Promotional package value includes trial products which are not available for individual sale or return. The value and capacity of the trial products are calculated based on the product packaging. If gifts run out, they will be replaced with other gifts without prior notice.
3. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. The following situations will not be eligible for exchange or return:
- Products that have been opened or used (e.g., plastic wrap or box torn).
- Products that are not in their original packaging, have been damaged, or are incomplete.
- Any discounted products, clearance items, or special sale items that explicitly state no returns.
- Any free gifts, accessories, or trial product gifts.
- Failure to present the product sales receipt or if the item has already been exchanged once.
- Before any returns are processed, we must inspect and verify the returned goods. If the conditions do not meet our return and exchange policy, all returns will be denied. The original shipping and handling fees (if any) of the order will be borne by the customer upon return. If the returned merchandise included promotional gifts or specially priced items, these must also be returned, otherwise, the return will not be processed. If returned goods do not meet our return policy, they will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
