Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder.
For orders in Hong Kong, we use local courier service provider or Hong Kong Post as our delivery company, you will be notified all the tracking numbers once the order is sent. Since there are different service policy between courier service providers, you may contact the courier service provider or our Customer Service Representative for more details.
Most of our orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the payment is verified. If you do not receive any notification, please contact our Customer Service Representative for details.
The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide efficient delivery service to customers, but delivery time may vary because of shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday. The forwarder that we recommended has no control over and will not be responsible for any delay.
If we do not receive any notice about missing mail from the courier service provider, HKTV mall or you within 7 days on or after the day of delivery, we will treat the order as completed. You have the responsibilities to check the delivery status and contact the courier service provider for further arrangement.
Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect PO Box, hotel and delivery address, failed delivery attempts, refused to pay tax or refused to provide ID copy or unable to proceed adequate import declarations or parcel refused by recipient without any damaged packing.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee per parcel, which is based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
