•OSIM will send the delivery date by SMS after received the order details. And our staff will contact customers 1 day prior to the delivery
•Free delivery services:
Hong Kong (Thur); New Territories (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Kowloon, Sai Kung & Tseung Kwan O (Tue, Sat);
Tung Chung, Discovery Bay & Ma Wan (Mon, before 2pm)
•There is an additional charge for the Islands District and Sha Tau Kok (forbidden zone)/ Chair dismantling/ Stairs/ Long Distance Walking. All of the above charges are charged directly by the deliveryman in cash. (If applicable)
•We will try to ensure intact packaging before shipment. However, we cannot ensure any loss or damage to the packaging caused by any events beyond our control during transportation. You will be deemed to have understood and accept the above risks during transportation. Any exchange or refund is not accepted unless there are defects with the product (Not included the appearance issue of packaging).
