Hong Kong AOC LCD Display Warranty Regulations:
Three years on-site maintenance service (including parts and labor).
All parts (including liquid crystal display) and labor are under warranty.
AOC only accepts exchange requests in the following situations:
A total of more than three light spots or dead spots appeared on the LCD screen.
Only within seven days from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid only under normal use:
All man-made damages, such as access to inappropriate power supplies; use in accordance with the instructions; damage caused by accidents (including transportation and other);
Repairs not approved by our company; wrong or negligent use of the machine; improper installation, etc., the warranty will immediately become invalid.
This warranty does not include any other accessories and auxiliary devices.
On-site maintenance does not include outlying island areas.
AOC reserves the right of final decision.
For all products are related to proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:
Television: $165 per item
Monitor: $45 per item
Each order is only needed to fill in once. If a customer needs to choose upgraded removal service provided by the seller, please contact the seller about the detail (include extra cost).
