Delivery / Return
•本店部分貨品由HKTVmall派送, 詳情可參閱送貨服務。

商户派送之送貨安排
本店部分貨品由Miele Hong Kong Limited 出售及直接派遞， 一般於落單後3個工作天後送貨， 送貨前客戶服務部(星期一致星期五，公眾假期除外) 會先致電客人有關送貨日期及時間。
•查詢送貨安排，請聯絡客戶服務部
•指定商户派送貨品，Miele提供免費送貨服務。包免費送貨至港九新界範圍以內。
•東涌、愉景灣、馬灣送貨時間為星期四及星期六。
•本商店出貨時間：星期一至六(不包括公眾假期) 上午10時 - 6時。
•無升降機送貨服務或無升降機收舊機服務收費為每件貨品 $60/層(12級為一層，第13級為另外一層，如此類推)。
•升級服務: 即日代搬舊洗衣機、乾衣機、洗衣乾衣機，額外費用為 $300 (需於送貨日繳交$300現金給予運輸職員) 。
•落單後Miele客戶服務部會致電客人，安排送貨日期，客人需清楚指明是否需要代搬走舊洗衣機服務。如需特別安裝工程服務，請通知Miele客戶服務專員，再另行報價。
•本店不設退貨。
